… that what we hope for will actually happen;
But whoever has doubts is condemned if they eat, because their eating is not from faith;

With man this is impossible
… whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
… you are all one in Christ Jesus.
… and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
Do all that is in thine heart: turn thee;
… you foolish, senseless people?
You earn wages, only to put them in a purse with holes in it.
But you will die like mere mortals; you will fall like every other ruler.
For ye walk by faith, not by sight.
They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain
… so that when it does happen you will believe.
I tell you, you can pray for anything
But it did them no good because they didn’t share the faith
… unless indeed your faith was all haphazard.
… but in the power of God.
